Founded by Scott Thompson — who has spent 25+ years solving operational technology problems in this space — Uptimize helps operations-heavy companies eliminate manual workflows, connect disconnected systems, and get real visibility into their data.
We're not a big agency. We're a focused team that specializes in the operational technology that runs your business: ERP systems, CRM platforms, warehouse tools, phone systems, and the integrations between them.
We've seen the inside of SAP, Oracle, Epicor P21, Infor, NetSuite, Sage, Dynamics, and dozens of legacy systems like FoxPro and AS/400. We speak the language of operations leaders, IT teams, controllers, and warehouse managers.

Scott has spent 25+ years working directly with manufacturers and distributors on their operational technology — from ERP integrations and warehouse systems to AI-powered workflow automation. He's worked hands-on with systems like Epicor P21, SAP, Oracle NetSuite, Sage, and Microsoft Dynamics across dozens of manufacturing and distribution environments.
He founded Uptimize Solutions to bring deep operational technology expertise to midmarket manufacturers and distributors who are stuck between enterprise IT firms that charge too much and generalist MSPs that don't understand their workflows.
Scott's approach is simple: fix the process first, then apply the right technology. Every engagement starts with understanding how the business actually runs — not with a software pitch.
